It was unfogetable experience when I visited Magistretti’s studio to invite him to design a handle for HeleH. As a surpise, he showed me Sibilla, fixing its definite form there and then. Vico told me that he want a handle that is ergonomic as well as full of energy. Soon after he explained how amusing the shape of a bone was and quickly drew a sketch.
Then Vico started to talk about the dynamic effect that he wanted to create for Sibilla handle by making two extremnities flat.
“Try to make a sample along the lines of these sketches,” he said to me. “Let’s see if you succeed in expressing my idea.” By the third prototype, he was satisfied. Sibilla was born.
